Reinventing Industrial Chemistry
“Society for Industrial Chemistry” was established in 2015 to bring together researchers from across industries, academia, and other technology driven enterprises for sharing of knowledge in areas relevant to Indian Industry. Since its inception the society has organised a series of seminars in many areas, such as Characterisation of materials, Performance chemicals in paints, Surfactants, Polymers, Specialty Chemicals and others. Right now we are associated with BARC Mumbai, ICT Mumbai a, IIT Mumbai and Mumbai University and few other universities. Currently, we have around 250 life members, covering a broad spectrum of scientific community. The society has the goal of increasing the base to encompass more personnel from industries, academics and research institutions.
